We offer delicious, healthy lamb meat from lambs grazed on grass pastures. Grassfed lamb is abundant in "good fats" such as Omega-3 fatty acids and Conjugated Linoleic Acids.
Our meat lambs are raised humanely on grass pastures. The lambs graze on high quality grasses during the growing season-never kept in a corral for fattening. The flock is grazed around the farm in a high density, short duration pasture rotations from April to mid December. This eliminates overgrazed pasture lands and keeps the soil healthy, while producing strong, well growing animals.
Our lamb is seasonal and limited in availability. Our main lamb season is late fall and early winter. Occasionally, we have a some lamb in the late spring.
We sell the majority of our lamb in Lamb Packs, which is an assortment of chops, ground, and a bone in leg of lamb roast. Lamb Packs are approximately 1/3 of a lamb. We do not sell small quantities of lamb very often. (ie: 2 chops or 1 pound of ground lamb.) This is why the individual items will often say "sold out."
